Covid-19, isolation and quarantine are widely known words. So are wellness and meditation.
I got laid off almost a month back and while searching for freelance work, I saw a requirement for ghostwriting a book with original information on meditating.
Asking for original information on a 5000 year old tradition seemed surprising to me.
I don't intend to reinvent the wheel.
The amount of information out there is mind-boggling and time is in short supply.
Hence, I will refer to materials available online which has helped me and present it in a step-by-step manner which makes it easy to follow.
The blog is meant for beginners. I just want to help people tide over the common pitfalls.
Meditation practice has helped me to hold on to my sanity.
Also, spiritual knowledge (and hence meditation) is supposed to be available for free to everyone who wishes to start.
I am no expert nor possess certifications.
But I started and stopped meditating quite a few times.
I have had good meditation experiences and bad ones too.
I guess that makes me competent enough to throw some light on how to go about it. Or how NOT to go about it.
In a nutshell, my goal is to make things easier and faster for you.
